How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the total of your purchase, please check the final price at checkout after you have added your shipping address. Taxes and duties may apply.

How long does shipping take?

  • Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days approximately to most major cities in the US. Please note, some areas will take longer so for the most accurate information, please refer to the days quoted upon checkout
  • Non-metro locations or locations unable to be reached by our standard couriers, will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex which will take approximately 10-14 business days.

During peak, promotional and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/Armed Forces addresses.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

We ship orders directly from the United States. State sales tax will be added at checkout. We have no control over these additional charges as they are dictated by the governing law in each state.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. Note any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable, where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Our prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).

How long after placing my order will it be shipped?

Please allow 1-3 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday on business days.

When will my preorder be shipped?

Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it. We will reach out to the email address associated with your order to advise is there are any expected delays.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for another size, we'll happily provide free shipping returns, and send you the new size once we have received the original item and it has passed quality control standards.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to us before the new size can be shipped.

Returns

What is the returns policy?

A request for return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or store credit can be issued. Please note, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

How do I place a return?

Email us at orders@holli.studio with your name and order number.

Once your return request has been authorised we will respond to you via email and supply you with a returns label and any required customs documents that should be included with your package. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns. Please note that return cost is deducted from your refund or store credit.

Where do I send my return?

We will provide you with a shipping label once your return has been authorised. Please note that the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. Please do not return any times before we contact you with a Shipping label and any other required documentation.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.

For sale items, store credit will be provided as returns can only be made on full price items.

Whilst we are working hard to get returns processed quickly, please allow extra time during peak and promotional periods. Thank you for your understanding.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) for store credit or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us, it will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Duties

Any customs duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable through HOLLI. HOLLI pre-pays the customs duties or tariffs for the item to arrive to you outside the US.

However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
