Delivery & Returns

Please allow 1-3 business days from when your order is first placed for us to pick and pack your order for shipping. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday on business days.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from when you receive your order with a full refund on all full priced items. Return label costs apply.

All items marked as Final Sale or Last Chance have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. Any duties and taxes paid to clear your delivery are non-refundable by HOLLI, we are unable to assist in recovering duties and taxes paid. You can apply for a refund directly with your country's customs authority.
